30 DAY TURN AROUND FOR PROCESSING COMPLETEDAPPLICATIONS
1.
Applications and authorization forms must be
completed in detail by each proposed adult occupant, other than husband/wife or
parent/dependent child under the age of 21 (which are
considered one applicant). If any
question in the application is not answered or left blank, the application may
be returned, not processed and not approved.
2.

4.
Mandatory Orientations: All applicants must attend orientation immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS REQUIREMENT
a. For purchases: after the
closing date. Settlement Statement and Warranty Deed must be submitted to the
Management Office either prior or during orientation
b. For leases: prior to the beginning of a lease
c. Orientations are held on Wednesday at 4pm
only. Please contact the Management
office at 954-921-8902 or via email at condoadmin@quadomainweb.com to schedule an orientation.
d. Orientations
can be performed via Skype.
5.
Occupancy or transfer of title prior to Board of
Governors’ signed and notarized approval is prohibited.
6.
Purchaser must notify the Association Management
office of the exact date of their closing.
7.
Acceptance of the processing fee does not in any
way constitute approval of the proposed transaction

1.
Family Authorization: Top section must be
completed even if you are not listing family members. If there are no family members, please write
N/A across the page.
2.
Voting Certificate (FOR NEW UNIT OWNERS ONLY):
This form only needs to be completed by a unit owner if the unit is
registered in the name of a Corporation, Partnership, Trust or other entity or
more than one person. If the unit is
registered in one individuals’ name, you do not need to complete this form.
